We have three tiers of leadership — each an opportunity to make an impact at a different scale, all within your own region.
Lead and oversee all Agarwood activities across an entire district. Manage block-level teams, coordinate large campaigns, and represent the company at district level.
Manage plantation and awareness initiatives across a block. Act as the link between district leadership and gram panchayat teams, ensuring smooth ground operations.
Be the grassroots leader in your own village. Directly engage with farmers, spread awareness, and initiate Agarwood plantation in your gram panchayat area.
