What is
Buy Back Agreement?
A Buy Back Agreement is a written contract under which:
- The farmer plants Agarwood trees on their land with guidance from the company
- The company provides technical support, plant material, and training
- After the specified maturity period
- One Plant Agarwood Pvt. Ltd. assures to purchase the product from the farmer

Responsibilities
- Supply of certified and high-quality Agarwood plants
- Guidance on plantation techniques, spacing, and maintenance
- Periodic field surveys / monitoring / verification
- Technical support for infection / scientific processes
- Providing plantation records and certificates
- Buy Back facility after maturity
- Market and processing support

Farmer / Landowner's
Responsibilities
- Planting and maintenance on available land
- Following the company's SOP / guidelines
- Ensuring plantation security and regular care
- Maintaining the partnership until the end of the contract period
